  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    parsley, italian chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 5 medium
    cloves garlic minced
  • 1 c
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 lb
    ground turkey

How to Make Turkey Meatloaf with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a large bowl,stir together the bread crumbs,parsley,sun-dried tomatoes,garlic,eggs,milk,feta cheese and black pepper.
  3. Add the turkey and gently stir to combine. Being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Carefully pack the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165 F.
