Turkey Meatloaf with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 cbread crumbs
1/3 cparsley, italian chopped
1/2 csun dried tomatoes chopped
5 mediumcloves garlic minced
1 cfeta cheese crumbled
1 tspblack pepper
3 lbground turkey
How to Make Turkey Meatloaf with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a large bowl,stir together the bread crumbs,parsley,sun-dried tomatoes,garlic,eggs,milk,feta cheese and black pepper.
- Add the turkey and gently stir to combine. Being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Carefully pack the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165 F.
