I wanted to make burgers but did not have the ingredients for turkey burgers so I came up with this one.

Pan Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    turkey
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • ·
    flour, enough to keep meat mixture together
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Turkey Burgers 2

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together and divide.
  2. Make into patties.
  3. Add oil to skillet.
  4. Add patties to skillet and cook until done.
  5. When done, place on plate with paper towels.
