    ground turkey
  • 1/2 c
    dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    onions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    liquid red pepper seasoning (optional)
  • ·
    black pepper (to taste)
  • 6
    hamburger buns, to serve

How to Make Tasty Turkey Burgers

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Pan-fry, broil, or grill until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. My fave toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and fat-free/light mayo.
