1 can(s)(15.25-ozs) kidney beans, undrained
1 can(s)(14.50 ozs) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and cut-up
8 mediumrusset potatoes, washed and pierced with fork
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
1/2 cthinly sliced green onions
How to Make Stuffed Taters ala Tammy
- In large glass bowl, prepare spices & seasonings for chili with ground turkey, beef or chicken, tomatoes and water according to package microwave directions; keep warm.
- Microwave potatoes on HIGH 25 minutes, turning over after 12 minutes. Slit potatoes lengthwise and pull back skin. Fluff with fork.
- Top each potato with 1/2 to 3/4 cup prepared chili, 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 tablespoon green onions.
