Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
- 1 - bone in turkey breast, 5 to 7 pounds, skin removed
- 1 large lemon, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt free, lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry, white wine
How To Make crock pot turkey breast

Step 1Grease a large 6 qt. Slow cooker.

Step 2Place chunks of onion and celery and 1/2 lemon in slow cooker.

Step 3Remove turkey breast from packaging, remove skin, then pat dry with paper towels. Place turkey breast in slow cooker on top of onions, celery, and lemon. Squeeze remaining lemon half over the turkey, then add lemon to slow cooker.

Step 4Rub olive oil on turkey breast. Combine seasonings and rub on turkey breast. Pour chicken broth and wine around turkey,

Step 5Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Make sure the thermometer is not touching bone.

Step 6Remove from slow cooker and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
