These are quick to make and quick to be gone. they are actually fat tostadas, fry them up and top with your favorite things.

Ingredients

  • - masa harina
  • - warm water
  • - salt
  • - oil to fry

How To Make sopes

  • Step 1
    mix masa with warm water and salt, shape into 1" disks. (you want to use enough water to be able to shape the disk and for it to hold together, but not too wet.)
  • Step 2
    fry until crisp and golden brown, turn and fry other side till crisp and golden brown. drain on paper towels and top with your favorite toppings.
