Using a scale this can be made in bulk.
Chili Powder 240gm
Salt 100gm
Cumin 20gm
Garlic 12gm
Mix in a large bowl with a wisk(slowly).This will make enough to fill an 18oz container.Use 2 table spoons per 1 pound of ground beef.

How to Make My Taco Seasoning


  1. Add all spices to 1 lb of ground beef browned and drained.
  2. It's good with ground chicken but you will need to add red and black pepper to taste.The chicken will taste flat without it.
