I started doing this when my 22yr old was in junior high football. It always ran late so I came up with this idea for game night. Prepared it before and we nuked it after. Since then I have made it with bean,rice and chips. All my kids put different things on it. Jalapeno, black olives and guacamole. The list of toppings is endless.

Ingredients For chili enchilada burritos

1 lgcan chili warmed
-
1 canenchilada sauce
-
1/2- boxvelveeta cheese
-
1 smcan rotel
-
2 pkgfrozen burritos
-
2 bagshredded lettuce
-
2 mdtomatoes
-
1 mdonion
-
2 bagshredded cheese
How To Make chili enchilada burritos

1Cube Velveeta and mix with rotel until melted. Warm chili in a sauce pan. Place thawed burritos in a baking pan with edges. Cut small slits in the top of each one.

2Pour enchilada sauce evenly over burritos. Pour warmed chili evenly over burritos. Pour cheese sauce evenly over mixture.

3Bake according to burrito package instructions. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and shredded cheese.
