chili enchilada burritos
I started doing this when my 22yr old was in junior high football. It always ran late so I came up with this idea for game night. Prepared it before and we nuked it after. Since then I have made it with bean, rice and chips. All my kids put different things on it. Jalapeno, black olives and guacamole. The list of toppings is endless.
