Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded seasoned meat (beef, pork, chicken)
- 1 cup fat-free refried beans (can also use mashed pinto beans)
- 2 cups salsa, divided
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- - seasonings to taste - red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, cilantro/jalapeno flakes
- 5 - burrito-sized flour tortillas
How To Make burritos

Step 1Mix beans, 3/4 cup salsa, 3/4 cup cheese, onion, tomatoes and seasonings to taste.

Step 2Stir in shredded meat.

Step 3Fill tortillas, roll and place seam-side down in 9 x 9 baking dish.

Step 4Top with remaining salsa. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with rest of cheese and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 5Short cut - Cover with plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 8 minutes. Top with salsa and cheese. Bake another 25 - 30 minutes.
