This is a DELISH recipe! I made this for my family, served it over a bed of rice, with some seasoned kale greens, and it was devoured!

Ingredients
- 8 - cubed steaks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- - flour ( enough to cover steaks)
- - vegetable oil (enough to brown steaks)
- 2 - green peppers
- 2 - sticks celery
- 1 large onion
- 20 - oz. can whole or crushed tomatoes
- 6 - cloves garlic (finely diced)
How To Make swiss steak

Step 1Season steaks with salt, pepper, and flour.

Step 2Brown steaks on both sides in a skillet with oil. Remove and place on a plate.

Step 3Cut up the peppers, celery, and onion. Add vegetables, garlic, and tomatoes to the skillet. (if you buy the whole tomatoes, crush them slightly with a potato masher) Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Place steaks back in skillet and bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.

Step 5*Serve over rice.
