Ingredients
- 8 cloves bone in lamb chops
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup fish sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground white pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
How To Make bourbon asian lamb chops

Step 1mix all ingredients except broth and cilantro. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

Step 2Remove from fridge and let sit to come to room temp about 30 minutes.

Step 3Remove lamb from marinade and place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes each side for med. rare if you want it done more leave it longer.

Step 4Meanwhile add marinade to saute pan and add beef broth. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and reduce for about 10 minutes. Serve sauce over meat and garnish with cilantro
