wicked tuna
I was looking for my usual tuna casserole receipe and could'nt find it. I combined a couple of receipes together. It was delicious. This turned out better than the receipe I was looking for!

Ingredients
- 2 - celery stalks
- 1 stick butter, melted
- - seasoned salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lg.1smal can tuna, packed in water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups pasta shells or pasta of your choice
- 1/2 - a small onion , diced
- 1/4 can evaporated milk
- 1 - sleeve of ritz crackers
- 3 dashes tabasco sauce- optional
- note: - you can also add peas, water chestnuts, or broccoli etc.
How To Make wicked tuna

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In fry pan, saute celery, onion, and garlic. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2Combine drained tuna, mushroom soup, and evaporated milk (saving 1 cup of cheese, the butter, and the Ritz crackers to top the casserole.)

Step 3When pasta is cooked, add to tuna mixture. Add 3 dashes of tabasco sauce.

Step 4When all ingredients are combined, place in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Crunch up the Ritz crackers and put in melted butter. Place on top of the tuna. Add the reserved 1 cup of cheese on top of the cracker mixture.

Step 5Bake in oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
