- - 4 squares of foil
How To Make turf and surf
-
Step 1TO MAKE THE COMPOUND BUTTER FOR THE STEAKS:
-
Step 2Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
-
Step 3Spread on both sides of the steaks, and wrap in foil.
-
Step 4Let it sit out on the counter for 30 minutes then refrigerate till you are ready to cook it.
-
Step 530 minutes before you grille the steaks, pull them out and let them come to room temperature. I cooked these 2 & ½ minutes per side…they were perfect!!!!!
-
Step 6TO MAKE THE LOBSTER TAILS:
-
Step 7Pre heat the oven to 450.
-
Step 8Lay each tail on the top of the foil, add ½ of each tablespoon of butter on the top and give them a good squeeze of lemon juice.
-
Step 9Wrap them tightly in foil and bake for 22 minutes { these were 6 ounces each } so cooking time would depend on how big the tails are.
-
Step 10Melt some salted butter and put it into small serving dishes so you can dip the lobster meat into it and garnish with more lemon wedges.
