Ingredients
- 2 - eggs-beaten well
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon onion-grated
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cooked macaroni noodles
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheese of choice (i prefer cheddar)
- 1 can albacore tuna packed in water
- **PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES**
How To Make tuna macaroni bake

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375* until firm and light brown (about 1 hour).

Step 2To serve, cut into squares. You can top each serving with ketchup or chili sauce.

Step 3Note--my mom's recipe calls for 1 no. 1/2 can tuna. Well, I improvised with the albacore tuna packed in water since i have no idea what a no. 1/2 can tuna is :-)
