Ingredients

2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
salt
& cracked black pepper - to taste
24 large
raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp
chilled, butter
6 -7 clove
minced garlic
1/2
juiced, fresh lemon
about
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step-By-Step

1Clean and rinse shrimp. Drain well and dry with paper towels.

Season well with salt and cracked pepper.
2Heat olive oil in a large skillet until is very hot.

Add the shrimp and saute for about 2 minutes or until about halfway cooked. Shake the pan to move around.
3Add the garlic and cook for about another minute. Moving the pan as it cooks. Or use a spatula, shaking the pan back n forth works best for me.
4Now, add the butter and reduce heat and continue cooking till melted.
5Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and plate immediately.

I usually double the batch as they are delicious!
