Very good. I made my own sweet chili sauce but you can buy it already made in the store. I have included the sweet chili sauce recipe in my recipes here on just a pinch

  • 1 lb
    shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 c
    sweet chili sauce
  • 1
    lemon juiced and zest
  • 3
    kaffir leaves or zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp
    shiracha sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/2 c
    coconut milk
  • 1/4 c
    cilantro chopped

How to Make Thai Style Shrimp


  1. Marinate the shrimp with the next seven ingredients for 30 minutes
  2. Heat a pan on stove. Add shrimp and marinade with the coconut milk. Let simmer 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp is done.
  3. Remove from heat add cilantro
