Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or chicken broth (or half a cup of each)
  • 6 ounces worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 4 - juice of 4 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons tabasco (more if desired)
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 2-4 - cloves of garlic
  • 50 large uncooked shrimp
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings

How To Make southern cajun shrimp a/k/a fuchs family shrimp

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan melt butter and remove from heat. Add all ingredients, up to garlic. Place shrimp in casserole pan lined with aluminum foil. Place lemon and onion rings on top of shrimp. Pour sauce over shrimp and bake for 30 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
