shrimp casserole

This is called "Norwegian casserole" here with us. I did not find Norway in the list so I chose my own country, Sweden. Take extra curry (or use a strong curry) and maybe cayenne pepper if you like hot food. Otherwise use a bit cautious. Too much kills the flavor of the prawns. It's easy to do a lot of this, it's just to increase one or more ingredients. Be a little careful with bananas, can get to sweet. To get a little more sting in the course, one can  add green peppers. Less sweet than red and yellow. Use your imagination and vary according to your own preferences.

  • 2
    Put the rice to boil.
  • 3
Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into shrimp size pieces. Brown the onion and mushrooms. Let the curry powder brown too, it will bring forward the flavours.

Let all things be warm and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until it gets really hot. 2-3 minutes before serving, add the prawns and mussels, and heat it up. Taste and season with spices and fill up with more cream if it is too dry.
