sea food alfredo sauce

My family loves when I make it and you don't have to use just sea food. For those allergic you can sub the seafood for chicken or just veggies.

Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 2 bunches green onion
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound crab meat, chunks
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup milk (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 3 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 bunch parsley (optional)

How To Make sea food alfredo sauce

  • Step 1
    Split butter and garlic in half. Set half to the side. Parsley and milk also set to the side. Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • Step 2
    In a Large sauce pan combine green pepper, red onion, white onion, white wine and butter. sauté ingredients for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Then add seafood, green onions, garlic and seasonings to sauté mixture and cook seafood.
  • Step 4
    Once sauté mixture is cooked. Add sour cream and the cream cheese. Stir continuously as ingredients melt and mix together. Once mixture is well mixed you may add up to a cup of milk if sauce it too thick for your liking.
  • Step 5
    Add parmesan cheese to sauce. melt the cheese in the sauce and mix it well.
  • Step 6
    Serve over rice or noodles. Parsley and parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top. a little parsley to the side for presentation. Serve with Garlic bread and if desired a glass of wine
