My family loves when I make it and you don't have to use just sea food. For those allergic you can sub the seafood for chicken or just veggies.

6 1/2 Tbspbutter

1 cwhite wine

1 mdonion diced

1 smred onion diced

2 bunchgreen onion

4 clovegarlic minced

1 lbshrimp

1 lbscallops
-
1 lbcrab meat, chunks

2 pkgcream cheese

16 ozsour cream

1 cmilk (optional)

2 tspseasoning salt

3 tspgranulated garlic

2 pinchblack pepper

1 tspcajun seasoning

1 bunchparsley (optional)
How To Make sea food alfredo sauce

1Split butter and garlic in half. Set half to the side. Parsley and milk also set to the side. Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.

2In a Large sauce pan combine green pepper, red onion, white onion, white wine and butter. sauté ingredients for about 5 minutes.

3Then add seafood, green onions, garlic and seasonings to sauté mixture and cook seafood.

4Once sauté mixture is cooked. Add sour cream and the cream cheese. Stir continuously as ingredients melt and mix together. Once mixture is well mixed you may add up to a cup of milk if sauce it too thick for your liking.

5Add parmesan cheese to sauce. melt the cheese in the sauce and mix it well.

6Serve over rice or noodles. Parsley and parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top. a little parsley to the side for presentation. Serve with Garlic bread and if desired a glass of wine
