- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger root, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 - salmon fillets
How To Make salmon teriyaki

Step 1Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.

Step 2Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat and place salmon in pan.

Step 3Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Step 4Reduce to medium heat and add sauce.

Step 5Spoon sauce over salmon.

Step 6When sauce thickens, after about 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.
