  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger root, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    salmon fillets

How to Make Salmon Teriyaki


  1. Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat and place salmon in pan.
  3. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Reduce to medium heat and add sauce.
  5. Spoon sauce over salmon.
  6. When sauce thickens, after about 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.
