Ingredients
- 143/4 ounces atlantic salmon, fresh or canned
- 4 ounces cocktail shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned and drained
- 8 ounces crab, fresh or canned
- 1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons smokehouse ranch dip
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
How To Make salmon-shrimp-crab cakes

Step 1In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Melt butter in skillet, saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated thorough. Serve with dipping sauce.

Step 2Dipping sauce: 1/3 cup 1000 Island Dressing 1 Tbsp horseradish.
