  • 143/4 oz
    atlantic salmon, fresh or canned
  • 4 oz
    cocktail shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned and drained
  • 8 oz
    crab, fresh or canned
  • 1/3 c
    saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 large
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet relish
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    smokehouse ranch dip
  • 4 Tbsp
    unsalted butter

How to Make salmon-shrimp-crab cakes


  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Melt butter in skillet, saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated thorough. Serve with dipping sauce.
  2. Dipping sauce:
    1/3 cup 1000 Island Dressing
    1 Tbsp horseradish.
