Ingredients

  • 143/4 ounces atlantic salmon, fresh or canned
  • 4 ounces cocktail shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned and drained
  • 8 ounces crab, fresh or canned
  • 1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons smokehouse ranch dip
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

How To Make salmon-shrimp-crab cakes

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Melt butter in skillet, saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated thorough. Serve with dipping sauce.
  • Step 2
    Dipping sauce: 1/3 cup 1000 Island Dressing 1 Tbsp horseradish.
