Easy and Yummy! My son who hates fish would eat this.

Ingredients

  • 4 - shallots finely chopped
  • 2 - salmon pouches
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup fat free half and half
  • 2 - 9 inch pie crusts

How To Make salmon pie

  • Step 1

  • Step 2
    In a sauté pan cook the shallots until they are just a little tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through.
  • Step 3
    Line pie pan with bottom crust and add salmon mixture. Place top crust and cut slits. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until it is golden brown. Enjoy!!
