Ingredients
- 4 - shallots finely chopped
- 2 - salmon pouches
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 cup fat free half and half
- 2 - 9 inch pie crusts

Step 2In a sauté pan cook the shallots until they are just a little tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through.

Step 3Line pie pan with bottom crust and add salmon mixture. Place top crust and cut slits. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until it is golden brown. Enjoy!!
