Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic powder
- 4 ounces saltines
- 2 tbsp crisco
How To Make salmon patties

Step 1Mix all ingredients except saltines and Crisco. By hand is best.

Step 2Add enough crushed saltines to form a mixture that can easily shaped into 4 patties.

Step 3Fry patties in a skillet in the hot shortening until golden brown on both sides.
