Ingredients

  • - 1 can of salmon
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • - pinch of salt
  • - pinch of garlic powder
  • - 4 ounces saltines
  • - 2 tbsp crisco

How To Make salmon patties

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except saltines and Crisco. By hand is best.
  • Step 2
    Add enough crushed saltines to form a mixture that can easily shaped into 4 patties.
  • Step 3
    Fry patties in a skillet in the hot shortening until golden brown on both sides.
