n.e clam chowdah casserole
I wanted to make clam chowder, but didn't have any cream, so I figured on making a casserole and came up w/ this. Hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 cans condensed new england clam chowder
- 1 - 6-1/2 oz can minced clams, drained
- 2 - thinly sliced scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup crushed oyster crackers
- 1-1/2 tablespoon melted butter
How To Make n.e clam chowdah casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 8" square baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook macaroni as directed, drain.

Step 2Add cheese, chowder, clams, scallions and pepper to macaroni, mix well. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ crushed crackers, drizzle w/ butter.

Step 3Bake 25 mins, or until bubbly.
