mom's shrimp pasta
This easy Shrimp Pasta recipe was given to us by a co-worker of my husbands. It has been a family favorite since the first time we tried it!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - onion
- 1 - bell pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 can rotel tomatoes & green chiles (10 oz.)
- 1 can tomato sauce (12 oz.)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (8 oz.)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
- To taste - creole seasoning
How To Make mom's shrimp pasta

Step 1Melt butter in a large saucepan.

Step 2Add onions, bell pepper, celery, and green onions and saute until tender.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients.

Step 4Cook over low heat for about an hour.

Step 5Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
