This easy Shrimp Pasta recipe was given to us by a co-worker of my husbands. It has been a family favorite since the first time we tried it!

  • 1
    bell pepper
  • 2 stalk(s)
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes & green chiles (10 oz.)
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce (12 oz.)
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms (8 oz.)
  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled
  • To taste
    creole seasoning

How to Make Mom's Shrimp Pasta


  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.
  2. Add onions, bell pepper, celery, and green onions and saute until tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook over low heat for about an hour.
  5. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
