lobster mac n cheese
I make this for special occasions and it is a big hit. If unfamiliar with lobster cooking some supermarkets and fish stores will steam for you. I cook mine at home, pick the lobster meat and cook the shell back in the pot for a bit before removing and cooking the macaroni. It really adds flavor!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces shell macaroni
- 12 ounces lobster meat
- 2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1-1 1\2 cups medium cream
How To Make lobster mac n cheese

Step 1Steam 2 lobsters (or more if preferred) reserving water. Set aside to cool. Once cooled pick for meat.

Step 2Cook macaroni in lobster water (will add additional flavor!) drain and set aside.

Step 3Grate cheddar cheese or purchase finely grated. (I use mild) Combine macaroni lobster and cheese in buttered casserole dish, just barely cover with cream. Bake 375 for 30 to 40 mins. Makes 6 servings.
