Ingredients
- 6 medium atlantic salmon, filet
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 1/2 teaspoons thyme, dried
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 medium lemon slices
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make jamaican jerk blackend salmon

Step 1In a small bowl, all spices together until well combined.

Step 2Coat salmon filet with olive oil. Rub spice mix onto each filet until coated well. Heat grill or skillet on medium heat.

Step 3Put the salmon skin side down and cook for 10 min. Flip over and grill on flesh side for an additional 3-5min. It should be dark brown and salmon will be cook through but not dry. Garnish with lemon.
