How to Make Italian Fried Seafood
1Sprinkle raw seafood with extra virgin olive oil. Marinate for 10 minutes and then roll the fish in flour.
2Fry the pieces in moderately hot extra virgin oil until they are lightly browned on the outside---do not overcook.
3Drain well and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately with lemon.
