How to Make Italian Fried Seafood
- Sprinkle raw seafood with extra virgin olive oil. Marinate for 10 minutes and then roll the fish in flour.
- Fry the pieces in moderately hot extra virgin oil until they are lightly browned on the outside---do not overcook.
- Drain well and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately with lemon.
