Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 10 ounces grouper, cut in two pieces

How To Make grouper with herbs and garlic

  • Step 2
Wash, dry and coarsely chop cilantro and parsley. Mince cilantro, parsley and garlic and garlic in a food processor.
  • Step 3
Add cumin, red chili flakes, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon olive oil and process until well blended.
  • Step 4
Rinse and dry fish. Brush remaining oil on foil. Place fish in a single layer on the foil, and spread herb mixture evenly over fish.
