Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice sticks noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 jar prepared pad thai sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 2 large eggs beaten
How To Make easy shrimp pad thai

Step 1Place rice sticks in boiling water and let sit for 8 minutes to softened them then drain.

Step 2Place some oil in large pan or wok. Place the green onions, bean sprouts, and garlic in pan and cook until tender. Add the noodles and cook a couple of minutes. Add the shrimp. Make a well in the center and add the egg and stir incorporating the egg into all the ingredients. Add the Pad Thai sauce and soy sauce. cook until shrimp is pink.
