- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Step 1Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour. Transfer to pan and cook 4 to 6 minutes.. Do not allow to boil or it will curdle the milk, Serve over rice.
