Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 package chicken smoked sausage
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1/2 - red pepper (chopped)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 to 1 cups water
- 1/2 bag large cooked shrimp
How To Make creole style chicken, sausage & shrimp

Step 1Cook the rice until it is done and set aside.

Step 2Add olive oil to another pan and cook the chicken and sausage until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3Add the celery, red pepper, onion and garlic to the pan and cook until the veggies are tender.

Step 4Add the cooked rice to the pan with the veggies, add the thyme, cayenne pepper and the tomato soup. Add some water if it is too thick. Stir everything together and heat to a slow boil.

Step 5Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir in the cooked shrimp. Cover and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Serve it with some parsley sprinkled on top, if desired.
