This is a recipe from my family friend - Mrs. Ewell. When I was born, I was named after her husband - Mister Billy.

Ingredients
- 1 - green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 - whole eggs
- 1 can lump crab meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - pimentos
How To Make crabmeat imperial

Step 1Mix pepper and pimentos.

Step 2Add mustard, white pepper, eggs, mayonnaise and crab meat. (Mix crab meat with fingers so crab meat won't be lumpy)

Step 3Put in casserole and put a little mayonnaise on top.

Step 4Sprinkle with paprika.

Step 5Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
