My husband likes these with tartar sauce I prefer a creamy mustard sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - scallions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard, spicy brown
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup panko breadc rumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 - egg
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make crab cakes

Step 1In a bowl, mix well all ingredients except the oil.

Step 2Form the mixture into 8 cakes.

Step 3Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 4Carefully place cakes in the oil. Don't crowd the cakes in the skillet. Fry them in batches until golden brown. About 4 minutes per side. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
