lump crab meat
1 large
1/4 c
1 1/2 tsp
dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp
old bay seasoning
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1/2 c
fine bread crumbs
1 Tbsp

How to Make Crab Cakes


  • 1Stir all ingredients except crab meat, breadcrumbs and parsley. Cover and chill for an hour or more.
  • 2Preheat oven to 400 F.
    Mix the chilled ingredients (using your hands) the crab meat,breadcrumbs and parsley .
    Try not to break up the lumps of crab.
  • 3Shape into mounds (don't flatten or make patties)on a non-stick sprayed sheet with sides, also lightly spray the crab cakes to help brown them.
  • 4When putting them in the oven, place 3 ice cubes on the tray, this will help prevent the bottoms from burning. Bake 400 F 10-15 minutes.
