How to Make Crab Cakes
1Stir all ingredients except crab meat, breadcrumbs and parsley. Cover and chill for an hour or more.
2Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix the chilled ingredients (using your hands) the crab meat,breadcrumbs and parsley .
Try not to break up the lumps of crab.
3Shape into mounds (don't flatten or make patties)on a non-stick sprayed sheet with sides, also lightly spray the crab cakes to help brown them.
4When putting them in the oven, place 3 ice cubes on the tray, this will help prevent the bottoms from burning. Bake 400 F 10-15 minutes.
