  • 2/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • - oil for frying

How To Make cornmeal mustard fried catfish

  • Step 1
    Mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
  • Step 2
    Spread the mustard over the fillets. Dredge in the cornmeal mixture.
