Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    cooked plain shrimp
  • 4 small
    limes, juiced
  • 1 medium
    red onion
  • 3 sprig(s)
    cilantro, fresh
  • 2 medium
    avocados
  • 2 stalk(s)
    green onions
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 12 slice
    corn tortillas
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 medium
    tomato

How to Make Ceviche Shrimp Soft Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop red onion, tomatoes,green onion,avocado, in small diced size pieces. Coarsely chop cilantro. Add all in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in lime juice and all spices util well combined. Add shrimp and gently stir until shrimp is well coated by mixture. Set aside and chill in fridge for 45 min to have flavors combine well.
  3. Heat tortilla in a damp clean kitchen cloth in microwave for 2 minutes. They will be steaming hot be careful. Remove Ceviche from refrigerator and assemble tacos. Enjoy!
