Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked plain shrimp
  • 4 small limes, juiced
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 sprigs cilantro, fresh
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 slices corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 medium tomato

How To Make ceviche shrimp soft tacos

  • Step 1
    Chop red onion, tomatoes,green onion,avocado, in small diced size pieces. Coarsely chop cilantro. Add all in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix in lime juice and all spices util well combined. Add shrimp and gently stir until shrimp is well coated by mixture. Set aside and chill in fridge for 45 min to have flavors combine well.
  • Step 3
    Heat tortilla in a damp clean kitchen cloth in microwave for 2 minutes. They will be steaming hot be careful. Remove Ceviche from refrigerator and assemble tacos. Enjoy!
