Ingredients
- 1 - lb. lump crab meat
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped small
- 1 - tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 - tsp. salt
- 1/8 - tsp. pepper
- 1/3 - cup cracker crumbs
- 3 - tbsp. mayonnaise
- - butter for cooking
- - old bay seasoning
How To Make baltimore crab cakes

Step 1Combine eggs with next six ingredients. Fold in crab meat and shape into cakes. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, coat with additional crumbs and refrigerate for one hour or until ready to cook.

Step 2Saute in butter over medium heat for about three minutes on each side or until delicately browned.
