Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiling chicken broth
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 2.8 ounces french fried onions
- 1 pound fresh or frozen fish fillets thawed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make baked fish and rice

Step 1In a greased 11 x 7 x 2 in. baking dish, combine broth, rice, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Cover and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Step 2Add broccoli, Parmesan cheese and half of fried onions. Top with fish fillets; sprinkle with paprika

Step 3Cover and bake 20-25 minutes longer until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 4Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Return to oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
