Ingredients
- 1 pound rice noodle
- 4 - eggs
- 2 - stem green onions chopped
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons wine
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chicken flavor
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
How To Make 136 shrimp and egg rice noodles

Step 1Peel shrimp and wash. Then chop green onion stem.

Step 2Add oil to the wok and saute the garlic. Then add the shrimp and saute till shrimp is half cooked.

Step 3Mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with 1 teaspoon water, 4 teaspoon salt then add mix in the 4 eggs.

Step 4On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown , quickly stir so that each rice noodle wrapped in egg mixture.

Step 5Add a little salt and chicken flavor, soy sauce and green onion. Enjoy!
