rice noodle

eggs

stem green onions chopped
1/2 lb
shrimp
2 tsp
minced garlic
1/4 tsp
sugar
2 tsp
wine
1 tsp
flour
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
chicken flavor
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
sesame oil

How to Make 136 Shrimp and Egg Rice Noodles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Peel shrimp and wash. Then chop green onion stem.
  • 2Add oil to the wok and saute the garlic. Then add the shrimp and saute till shrimp is half cooked.
  • 3Mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with 1 teaspoon water, 4 teaspoon salt then add mix in the 4 eggs.
  • 4On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown , quickly stir so that each rice noodle wrapped in egg mixture.
  • 5Add a little salt and chicken flavor, soy sauce and green onion. Enjoy!
