1 lbrice noodle
2stem green onions chopped
2 tspminced garlic
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 tspchicken flavor
1 tspsesame oil
How to Make 136 Shrimp and Egg Rice Noodles
- Peel shrimp and wash. Then chop green onion stem.
- Add oil to the wok and saute the garlic. Then add the shrimp and saute till shrimp is half cooked.
- Mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with 1 teaspoon water, 4 teaspoon salt then add mix in the 4 eggs.
- On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown , quickly stir so that each rice noodle wrapped in egg mixture.
- Add a little salt and chicken flavor, soy sauce and green onion. Enjoy!
