2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
12 - jalapeno peppers,seeded and sliced

How To Make jalapeno pie

Step 1

Lightly oil a 9 inch pie pan. Cover the bottom with grated cheese. Arrange jalapenos around the cheese. Beat eggs until frothy and pour over cheese. Bake at 275* for 45 minutes.
