Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package forzen spinach, thawed/drained
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
How To Make impossible greek spinach pie

Step 1preheat oven to 350. spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. drain spinach very well.

Step 2cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in Spinach.

Step 3cut cream cheese into small cubes. Layer spinach mixure and cream cheese into pie plate.

Step 4beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon juice and pepper until smooth. Pour over spinach.

Step 5stir in half of the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top. Then sprinkle nutmeg on.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
