  • 1 medium
    onion, diced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 pkg
    forzen spinach, thawed/drained
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 3
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    mushrooms, sliced

How to Make Impossible Greek Spinach Pie


  1. preheat oven to 350. spray a 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. drain spinach very well.
  2. cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until onions are translucent. Stir in Spinach.
  3. cut cream cheese into small cubes. Layer spinach mixure and cream cheese into pie plate.
  4. beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon juice and pepper until smooth. Pour over spinach.
  5. stir in half of the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top. Then sprinkle nutmeg on.
  6. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
