Easy Cheesy Spinach and Ham Quiche

1 can(s)(10 ounces) sliced mushrooms or 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 conion, chopped
1 pkg(10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out.
1 ccheddar cheese, grated
3 ozfinely chopped ham
1deep dish pie shell
1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated
How to Make Easy Cheesy Spinach and Ham Quiche
- Spray pan with PAM and cook mushrooms, onions, and ham until onions are tender.
Add thawed spinach to pan.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and Cheddar cheese.
- Cool hot mixture slightly and add to bowl with liquids.
Pour into pie shell and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until set and golden brown.
