Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna in water, drained
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sweet relish
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or original mrs. dash
- 1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 (1/2 in. slices french or italian bread
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
How To Make tuna melt

Step 1In a bowl, mix all ingredients except bread slices and cheese until well blended.

Step 2Toast the slices of bread lightly.

Step 3Place slices on a rack in a broiler pan.

Step 4Divide the tuna mixture evenly over the slices. Spread to the edges of the bread.

Step 5Top with tomato slices.

Step 6Sprinkle the top of each with 1/4 of the cheese.

Step 7Heat the broiler. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Step 8Serve open faced.
