- 4 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 can (about 28 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - toasted hamburger buns

Step 1Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heart, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat and discard.

Step 2Add onion and bell pepper; cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, or until onion is translucent and mixture is fragrant.

Step 3Transfer meat mixture to 4 1/2-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except buns; stir until well blended.

Step 4Cover; cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Serve on buns.
