pork loin, cut into pieces
1 can(s)
tomato soup, undiluted
3/4 c
chopped onion
1/2 c
catsup
3/4 c
water
1/4 c
brown sugar
4 Tbsp
mustard
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1/2 tsp
liquid smoke
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
dried parsley or marjoram

How to Make Shredded Pork Barbeque for Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place pork in slow cooker.
  • 2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pieces of pork.
  • 3Cook on low for 6 hours or until pork falls apart when touched with a fork.
  • 4Remove pork, cool slightly and shred with forks.
  • 5Strain sauce and return to slow cooker with shredded pork.
  • 6Heat and serve.
