Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds pork loin, cut into pieces
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley or marjoram
How To Make shredded pork barbeque for sandwiches

Step 1Place pork in slow cooker.

Step 2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pieces of pork.

Step 3Cook on low for 6 hours or until pork falls apart when touched with a fork.

Step 4Remove pork, cool slightly and shred with forks.

Step 5Strain sauce and return to slow cooker with shredded pork.
