- 2 pounds salmon skinned and deboned
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup red onion minced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1Add all ingredients except oil to food processor and process until you are able to form patties. Grill or fry basting with the oil
