Avoid too sweet of a bbq sauce, unless you have a true sweet tooth! I prefer a original or smoky type of bbq sauce with this.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 12 oz bottle
    favorite root beer
  • 16 oz. bottle
    bbq sauce

How to Make Root Beer Pulled Pork

Step-by-Step

  1. Place pork in slow cooker. Pour bottle of root beer over. Cook on LOW 6-7 hours.
  2. Drain off root beer. Shred pork with 2 forks. Add bbq sauce and keep on low about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns.
