Ingredients

  • 4 - arepas (venezuelan buns)
  • 3/4 cup shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 - ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make reina pepiada

  • Step 1
    Peel and chop avocado. Mix in chicken, onion, mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
    Split buns part way and fill with 1/4 of filling.
