cream cheese
1 lb
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 jar(s)
(4 oz) diced pimentos
1/2 c
chopped green olives
1/8 tsp
hot sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Pimento Olive Cheese Sandwiches


  • 1Combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, pimentos and olives in a bowl.
  • 2Add cheddar cheese and mix well. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce.

    Refrigerate until ready to use
  • 3Spread on crackers, bread slices, English muffins.... You can add red pepper rings and lettuce leaves, if desired.
