  • 1/2 c
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar(s)
    (4 oz) diced pimentos
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green olives
  • 1/8 tsp
    hot sauce (optional)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Pimento Olive Cheese Sandwiches


  1. Combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, pimentos and olives in a bowl.
  2. Add cheddar cheese and mix well. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce.

    Refrigerate until ready to use
  3. Spread on crackers, bread slices, English muffins.... You can add red pepper rings and lettuce leaves, if desired.
